Coach Justin Anderson has experience both as a collegiate basketball player and as a collegiate basketball coach and recruiter. Coach Anderson has a good understanding of what college coaches and teams are looking for in a player at all levels. Coach Anderson believes it is more about teaching players how to be a winner in the game of life and teaches players how to compete and how to be a great teammate. After training with Coach Anderson, it becomes evident that it is more than just basketball, it is about building long lasting relationships and during the process players learn the importance of core values and life lessons, that he/she can apply with their teams, schools and with their families.
Private training focuses on specific skills to help players develop and improve his/her fundamentals of the game. Each player will get personal and individualized attention during private lessons. Private basketball lessons can drastically accelerate your growth as a player.
Private training will help players improve and develop at his/her own pace. Group training will help players take the skill development from the individual training and implement it in a competitive environment offered in a group training.
Group training adds a competitive component to basketball training so we recommend these as part of each player’s program. Typically, group workouts can average anywhere between 2 to 12 players, and we often break into smaller groups of 4-6 athletes during the session.
Absolutely! Coach Anderson will show you exactly what to work on and help breakdown your game to where you can get more individualized and personal attention. Plus, Coach Anderson will teach you how to practice by yourself and what to continue work on throughout the week, so you can quickly and consistently improve your game.
45-60 minutes of skill and drill training. Workouts are designed to fit a player’s need and skill level. It is our goal that every player we work with is challenged physically, mentally and emotionally in every workout.
We normally work with players once or twice a week for 45-60 minutes per session. Coach Anderson will give players a lot of game action drills and fundamentals to rep throughout the week. It is imperative to practice and train as much possible. The more you train, and the smarter you practice, the better you will be.
You can, but in our experience too many players tend to overlook the importance of paying attention to details or they often don’t know what to work on or how to practice effectively. Coach Anderson will show you how to get much more accomplished in a shorter amount of time. Coach will teach you how to practice hard and smart, while focusing on what matters most.
